Nope (for now?). Use fbi 2.0.5 to install the tickets made with CIAngel.

In FBI have a folder with all tickets. Press x or y. Whichever is folder options and then install directory. It will install everything in the folder.

I've passed the direct install code off to @cearp, so hopefully we see a release with it soon, it also adds a progress bar for each section of content that gets downloaded, so you can keep tabs on whether it's frozen and how far along the download is.

Being the idiot I am, I've read through this post and have no idea what this does, can someone please explain? Also if anyone has time, a video tutorial would be nice to add to this.

Just download and check it out, the App itself is very self-explanatory.

It allows creating CIA files directly on your 3DS using Nintendo's CDN (Content delivery network). These CIAs are created using valid titlekeys (You need to find the titlekeys yourself, there is atleast one site with a nice long list. It can't be linked as the keys are technically copyrighted). They can be updated/redownloaded from the Nintendo eShop so long as you don't delete your ticket.db.
To specify what game/DLC/update to download, you create a file as described in the first post with the titleid and encrypted titlekey in it on your SD card, load up the app, and hit A.

I'm not sure how many are there, but if you google for 3ds titlekey list you should be able to find a site with a large list.

I said that because the key is bad. Up to 20 keys are bad

I just made a ticket using the title and encrypted key from nfhost and the game downloads from the eShop just fine for me. You must be doing something wrong.

You'll want to download a release build from the Releases page: https://github.com/llakssz/CIAngel/releases

@cearp should really add that to the first page instead of just the github link itself.

You don't go to the "tickets" option.

Go to SD and find the folder you saved them in.

In FBI you go to the folder CIAngel generated the tickets in (I think it's in the /CIAngel/ folder somewhere on the SD card), and hit Y. There should be an option for installing them in the folder menu.
