Id be very careful with people who PM you about links to so called CEMU 1.4.1 . Its possible they are trying to infect your computer, they know if they put a link like that up many people will download and run without even thinking. Really is it worth the risk when a week is all we have to wait? You could download that now and spend the next week trying to remove whatever crap it installs to your system.

Hopefully if some idiot did leak the full version and serial Exzap can track them and remove them from patreon.

@Exzap
I have a suggestion for Patreon.
Instead of a Serial Code, how about a username(already pledge) w/password and serial code with PIN Number option to get the version?
I think it might be fullproof. But I think not because someone will sacrifice his/her account and his/her Card Number to do that. :P
Idk. Maybe it's possible in Patreon. A good idea perhaps?

Also, 404 not found(the page number)

Someone would just share their login information

And someone might steal the account and never return. So evil and so good. I would do that if someone would share their account info in Public.

By tomorrow(it's evening here), I'll show you an example(Photoshop Pic of the Patreon Version).

Better idea. depending on how the serial system actually works, i assume it's connecting to a server that then verifies the code, what you could do is add the GUID of the hard drive it is located on into the account as well, then compare someone's hard drive guid address to the one saved on the server, if it doesn't match, then don't allow connection!

If the serial code is hard-coded then it's very easy to crack that.

Very interesting. But I would love my idea because it's leak-proof and people who are not pledge cannot pass. But...

There's an issue. Internet connection. If you're not connected to the internet, you cannot open Cemu(shit. This is a bad idea or so). Gah. What is the cheapest way to avoid leakers?

What's wrong with people keep on leaking 1.4.1?! The last time that I've heard Cemu Patreon Leak was on 1.3(idk. I forgot) by ryanrocks.
Maybe for the same reason that people keep on leaking the games to use in the emulator ...

Why does this shock you?

I used to charge for a few of my hacking tools I made, worst decision I ever made. Once something gets popular enough and charges money to use it, it will get leaked or cracked. The best way to make money on a program that runs on PC that doesn't have expensive protections to slow down reversing (it never stops it), is to just ask for donations, but what do I know ...

make it save in a file once you type it in so it reads off that offline.

Oh come on, is this really so bad that we're thinking about always-on-DRM? I'm bettin' the same people being loud about people freeloading here are the ones who have been vocal in the past about these kinds of measures (maybe because they didn't pay for whatever back then?).
There will always be freeloaders and ways to crack stuff and so on... could we get to something more interesting, like, I dunno, emulation?

@CheshireXZ : Sorry, doesn't work, yet.

    i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.
