I'm going to fire up my other rig and see what I can find.

The specs for that PC are: i5 2500K @4.4Ghz....8GB's of DDR3....R9 270x....latest Crimson I think?
If you don't have a 4K60fps video I would recommend getting this 1080p120fps video~ (didn't like using YT/streaming)

http://www.blurbusters.com/faq/real-time-120fps-video/

Tiny, (2.4MB) free, *No audio* and best of all the "fix" works when I have it paused in the background during Cemu and when looped continuously.

Edit~ Better/smaller video with no audio.

Im running an i7-4790k with an AMD R7 260x (15.301 driver version, 16.2.1 crimson software).
The only game I tested was SM3DW.
The first 3 levels without a 4k video running im getting 55-60 fps with some drops to 45 fps and in some rare cases 30 fps but mostly above 55 fps. The 4th level with the dinosaur and the water cant get over 30 fps.
The cpu doesnt go above 20% for cemu.
When running with a 4k video(Big Buck Bunny 4k 60 fps) in the background every level dropped to an average of 30 fps.

Nice work dev team :D. 2016 is the Year for Wii U emulation. Super Mario 3D Worlds run fine with 60 fps when moved the /wud/wux files on my ssd. I hope in a few Month work the Eur Version of the Game crash after loading. USA Version works fine.

After seeing your post I decided to try SM3DW again with this "fix", though using the 720p 120fps video (linked it earlier btw) paused instead of a 4k60fps video playing/streaming.
Somehow I'm getting slightly better max fps this time around though my framerate is far from stable as it jumps from ~45 to 60 and drops to ~30 at times.

Edit~ Apparently my new screenshots ofSM3DW are too big to upload here directly. :x

I made an album on imgur instead~

intel is the key
Actually the "key" is Nvidia GPUs if anything. :d
(at least for now)

I already had "high performance" in power options in (in addition to turning other power saving features off in windows+BIOS) and before the "video" fix my performance was still poor. For whoever mentioned task manager, setting a higher priority for Cemu in task manager also does NOT work for me, yet a video in the background does.
My method of setting cpu priority works.

Set your power settings to maximum performance in windows power options, set a higher priority on cpu in task manager. Playing a 4 K video is the most asinine thing to keep posting about. Jesus Christ you spam reddit until the mods remove your posts.

I can't belive you are still trying this April fool joke, cpu priority works, it's getting pathetic. Really sad. We get it, it's a April fool joke but you are really pushing it into cringy shit by saying stuff like this.

Spam? 2 Threads 12 hours apart about a fix for AMD GPU owners that were both deleted shortly after being made? Have you even bothered looking at my before/after screen caps or my recently uploaded SM3DW album?

    ewww key shops...
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Why do you really want to use key shops nowadays? You're not really paying towards the companies who provided the keys, plus its very sketchy.
  • linuxares @ linuxares:
https://gg.deals/game/bloodstained-ritual-of-the-night/ - I rather use the proper shops, but here are Key shops shown as well. They tell you the risks as well with each shop

  • linuxares @ linuxares:
One of the keyshops is 95% off at the moment (probably humble bundle keys)
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
And a small percentage of keys bought with a stolen credit card.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
You never know if the key works or not, they don't provide a guarantee.
  • linuxares @ linuxares:
Sure is... and poor devs get hit with the charge backs

    Exactly.

Thor from "Pirate Software" said its just better to pirate the game than buy from a keyshop if you care about the devs

devs don't get hit with the chargebacks, the keys are free to generate

    at least on steam
  • linuxares @ linuxares:
Except he said the DEVS get hits with the chargeback cost
  • linuxares @ linuxares:
since the key gets bought with a stolen credit card
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
there's nothing to charge back because the keys don't cost them money to generate in the first place
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
If the game has a crack sure
  • K3Nv2 @ K3Nv2:
Most these crack sites have dead links anymore or the crack don't even work
  • linuxares @ linuxares:
@The Real Jdbye What don't you get? If someone use a stolen creditcard. Then sell said key on G2A. If I the dev sold the game key, I will get the charge back cost. That's how it works, it doesn't matter if I generate 300 keys if 300 of them are bought with stolen credit cards. I never said it was on Steam, but its the dev that gets hit. There is a ton of stories out there if you google it.
