Hacking Rednand update, and patches issues help

So to start off, I have CBHC working no problem and every other hack for the Wii U that was out, patching works and everything. I have rednand set up properly so both nands were running smooth on 5.5.1. I just updated the sysnand to 5.5.2 no problem. Everything works except browser hax obviously, the sysnand has zero problems. I launch the mocha cfw to boot rednand. Rednand boots no problem and shows the tga image like it is supposed to, boots fine, but I have no patches anymore while only on rednand. Browser hax works on rednand because the fw is still on 5.5.1, I can load haxchi, and browser hax to get to hbl from rednand. I now only don't have the iosu patches anymore, and it says my console is up to date when I check it. I have tried to update my rednand through the tut made, and I didn't install the 4 files needed yet, but I did download the updates needed as the guide stated to do so. After that I had to delete the updates in the update folder through ftp because wup wasn't reading my install, and I wanted to fix this so I can finally update. Now I am not receiving patches and like I've stated it says my console is up to date, I would like to fix this, so does any one have a solution? Thanks in advance.

Why are you still using redNAND. We've been steering people away from that for months. It's old, outdated and prone to corruption.

Since you have CBHC I'd work on setting up a HaxChi CFW system. You'll be much happier with that and you gain no advantages with redNAND.

Well I am all good with haxchi and CBHC, I use that most of the time. I already have everything set up. Rednand is useful for messing with things that can brick your system as you don't have to apply a hardmod to restore the nand which is why I have it. I just want to know if anyone has ideas on how to fix this.

Just tried to launch the eShop to see if it tells me to update on rednand and it does not, the eShop launches as if I am on 5.5.2... if that is anymore help? I have another update on my situation, now I am on 5.5.2 I got it to update, but I still don't have patches from mocha CFW on rednand, when I try to launch a game that needs CFW patching it displays there is an error in the update data, which then tries to direct me to data management. From my understanding I am not getting patches from mocha anymore?
