Gaming Re-shelling an NDS lite

We've probably all seen this before, if you haven't you have now

Anyway, yeah, I was wondering if it would be possible to retrofit an NDS lite, or even a DSi into a NDS phat shell. (with potential modifications of course) This topic should be to discuss this, and other interesting fits for things.

I don't think it's impossible, if you take the time to modify the shell. You'll have to make adjustments for screens and cameras..not to mention the microphone placement, power light placement (which in this case there are multiple lights instead of just one like the DS Phat had), somehow make a new compartment for a bigger stylus, decide stuff about the GBA slot...

It's probably a very complicated job to take on, but doing it seems like it should work.
