Hacking R4 or Cyclo Evo? (Where and which to buy?)

Where card should I get? I don't need the SDHC support, since I only need less than 2gb of space. Besides that, are there any compatibility problems solely with ds games, or do all ds games work with both? Are there any other features that the cyclo has over the R4?

Where is the best place to buy them in the US? (Fast shipping, etc)
