Hacking R4 DSiLL

A short time ago my cousin give my a card. Bleu box says "R4 DSiLL". He just give me the card and an 2GB micro sd from kingstone. Can someone say the functions this card has and what softwate it needs to run?

The flashcart website is dead, means you won't be able play on the latest 3DS firmware or on DSi 1.4.5 firmware.
