I just forgot the error code of it.
It's not 002-0102 but another unique code.
Injecting movable.sed to another 3DS without official System Transfer causes this happen.
And seriously the network blocking & the error code still happen even you format the NAND movable.sed injected.
I don't know if CTRNAND transfer causes this.
But if it does & you lose your NANDmin.bin, your console's network access will be over.
