Have you formatted your pendrive to WFS using the Wii U ?

yes i have and its the only one i have done

Weird... Try by reformatting the drive, might be a bug.

would that change the usb key? I'm not sure
Edit: I did unplug it while the wii u was on but it wasnt formatting it so i thought it was safe

? If you talk about Seeprom, it only affects the Wii U, not the USB.

Dump an image of the USB device with tool like Win32DiskImage

Which software did you use for dumping your USB ?

i used win32diskimager to do it
i've formatted the usb and the error still persists

If method 2 doesn't work, please try method one.

EDIT : We gonna try step by step

1. Connect the USB to your PC, and find out the drive index:
   Open PowerShell (WinKey + R, enter powershell)
   Run the command : Get-WmiObject Win32_DiskDrive
2. Find the DeviceID for your USB
3. Open command line with admin privileges (here it's CMD)

i know the method its just errors ill try again when the usb is dumped again

haxchi-pc-installer --image \\.\PHYSICALDRIVE3 --otp otp.bin --seeprom seeprom.bin

This command ? Make sure that this command is executed on CMD, and with admin privileges.
OTP and Seeprom must be at the same place where the Haxchi PC Installer is located.

In what way as in normal use with windows

anyways i asked on the main thread again and he said he would update it and it would be fixed
