Hacking [QUESTION] Need N3DS users used to downgraded to confirm this

Sorry if this is noob question, but it is very important for my N3DS life.

First, anyone got N3DS firmware >9.2 out of box ( not after updated firmware ofc ) succeeded to downgrade it to 9.2 ? Mine came with 9.6 so is it possible to downgrade it to 9.2 if i try or this downgrade thing just for 3DS with base firmware <9.2 ?

Second, if i try to downgrade then what can i do to backup my SD card and how to do that if i want to format my 3DS just in case to prevent lower chance to success ?

If you downgrade and get a soft brick update in recovery to 10.6 and then use the new downgrade to downgrade to 9.2. Or update to 10.6 and downgrade because memchunkhax3(10.4-10.6) is better then 2(9.3-10.3) supposedly.

He is right. Also keep in mind that on 10.6 u need Ninjahax\OoT3dhax to downgrade.

Mine was shipped on 9.6 if I remember it correctly, performed a 10.3 to 9.2 downgrade without issues.

Thanks all for your help, i downgraded my 10.6.0-31U N3DS XL to 9.2.0-20U ( based at 9.6 out of box and updated to 10.6 then downgraded to 9.2 ). I just double check everything before process and everything went fine without errors. Now i finally can touch these CFW and enjoy 3DS at it's finest.
