As the title suggests, how difficult would it be to create a basic menu translation for EX Troopers? I have a moderate grasp of Japanese, but obviously not enough to be able to read through the game entirely on my own. However, I should be able to translate a couple of words and lines for menus, items, and so on, but I am unsure of where to start with actually extracting the text and getting to work.
