Is there anyway to get unlimited streetpass' for any game other than Mii Plaza?

There is a way to reset the 8 hour per "opponent" limit (press start in CecBoxTool or CecLotCheckTool)... but please explain "other than Mii Plaza"

Like to say I activated streetpass in another game, how can I be able to get said streetpass, without having to pass people
