Hacking Question about homebrew launcher

Is it possible right now to install the full Wii u homebrew launcher onto the Wii u menu, or at least a forwarder so we can use homebrew offline?

I wish I could say yes, but I haven't been able to get it working.
As of now, we cannot actually create custom titles and install them to the console.
And even still, I have been unable to create a successful forwarder within Loadiine GX2, so I wouldn't expect much for a couple weeks.
