So I have not seen anything yet in relation to what I want to do with the system, hence the thread.

I know you can run an EMUNAND and use it to have the latest firmware and transfer all the SYSNAND stuff to EMU, but that requires a Gateway card.

I have CN and basically want to know amongst the various projects how far are we from access similar to the Wii? I DO NOT CARE about piracy (at the moment), I just want to be able to update the files to reaccess the e-shop. I have updates and games that I actually want to buy, but I am still on the 9.X exploitable firmware and do not want to update, just get back in the e-shop.

If this is in the wrong section, sorry... I thought it qualified as a homebrew question.

I think it is in the wrong section but anyway if you have an o3DS, use the web browser exploit to launch the gateway menu to create an emunand.
Then use rxTools to boot into it.
update the emunand and you get eshop accesss !!!

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    it is L+dpad down+ select

@BigOnYa, How do I make enemies respawn on gdevelop after
    the player dies?
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Carrying a PC or phone is so old school!
  • Psionic Roshambo @ Psionic Roshambo:
Squeeze your cheeks twice to answer calls!
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
