@xxbilxx Well thanks for those warnings. Mind you please add something?
1.It seems a system update is coming, so you should not risk to get this latest, when fixing the semi-bricked ones.
2.Choosing wrong pack, what it is, incomplete, or of wrong region or version, is risking yours getting bricked.
3.The only way to restore a NAND backup for a almost bricked console - that I don't mean by that a semi-bricked one - needs hardmod.
So if you're that eager to try a risky one, be sure hardmod and get a valid NAND dump first - don't forget to check the checksum of what you've dumped!
4.If you want something technical, get my comment here: http://gbatemp.net/threads/backup-sys-nand-on-10-3.408021/#post-5922138
Thanks and hope this could stops some blindly braves from entering the brickfield.

I'm getting a-plenty of reports of CFW blackscreening on boot, as well.
I've tested my methods five bloody times, but the reports just keep on coming.
I genuinely don't know what could be happening, but I've heard plenty of success reports as well.
The sample rate is about 7 in ?? people being unable to use CFW, all with different symptoms and circumstances, such as only being able to run it in Browserhax or in Menuhax or by waiting for it to autoboot or by hitting A in CTRBootManager...
I don't know what the fuck is going on, but I hope someone figures it out.

The poll comes handy now. On 25 New3DS users, we have 3 bricks and 2 semi-bricks saved by safe_mode

Yeah I find it quite amusing & sad to see why most of them that blindly downgrade won't question themselves a few simple questions as.

Those people that succeeded how experienced were they & can I consider myself on par with them? What tools & skills do they have? Do I have them & can I even work with those tools properly. Do I have enough knowledge to tamper with my system? Or do I need a 24h helpdesk to tell me what to do? Am I am rich as they're...../ Do I have the funds & means to get a hard mod in case things go wrong?

Is my console worth so little that I'd risk losing my warranty. (if it's not hardmodded already or too old xD.)

Seriously people what do you prefer ?

stable/ unstable
brick/ broken dead system/ a working system that's full of life?

etc. I could put a lot more obvious questions you should as yourself!

It's that simple really! It should be an obligatory F.A.Q to yourself, before you attempt doing something risky. Better safe than sorry!

Noobs will have their lesson learned, well, eventually.
Only for those who are "brave" enough to make the switch shall shine.
is there are a hard mod way to save the brick? ( i do have mods on my n3ds, and this 3ds is what i use to mess around xD)
