No one has tested LV1 access on PS3HEN yet however it is exploitable according to zecoxao on Discord
Here's some list of features that need to be implemented before release:
Toggle Safe Mode (Swaps between LV1 and LV2 access whilst maintaining LV1)
QA Toggle (Disabled by default if safe mode is enabled)
[Probably ignore that one but the others are better]ROS Access 3.56- (Allow CFW to be installed disabled by default with safe mode enabled and will stay disabled if minver is 3.60+)
Dump LV1 (Enabled regardless of safemode being on)
Dump eeprom
Dump flash
Get QA token
