So im really confused on how this works i dont know where to get a good emulator and i dont know how to run games on them or a good site to get isos so could someone please help. By the way dont give specifics on iso site

You can't ask for a site to get iso its against the rules. as for the emulator google is your friend... anyways when i typed ps2 emulator the first link was good for me. The bios is harder to get as its illegal in most countries then again you know who is your friend.
