Hello everyone.

So my Sysnand and emunand are both currently on 8.1. I know 9 is now out and there are really no games that require it yet but when it does come what is the proper way to update? I know there is the whole fuse issue. My switch is a day one console. I’m using SX Os and I know 9 isn’t supported yet but in the future when it is would I just update the emunand using Choidujour and the Sysnand through the normal way? Or would that mess things up?

Thanks everyone.

Please, do not bump threads in future ^_^

as for your question, yeah that should be fine, offline update for emunand and normal update for sysnand, shouldn't cause any issues

Just went through the same thing and that is what I did. Just be sure to turn off the auto-rcm when it is enabled in cho.

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    it is L+dpad down+ select

@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
