Use this thread to post any good screenshots of software you've been running on your Vitas.

If im not mistaken, you can take a picture of the Vita's screen at any time. You dont need to enter photo mode or w/e. Looks good nonetheless, i have it and its awesome.

The Vita has a built-in screenshot function, though it can be disabled, as it is in WipEout, but it does include a photo mode (as does at least Wipeout Pulse) to take in-game screenshots.

WipEout has always kinda been a "nonfans need not apply" type of thing.

I tried picking it up and I couldn't like it at all. I didn't find it poorly designed, I just didn't find it interesting. I can see why it has a fanbase but for everyone else it isn't exactly lending you a helping hand. Not that that's a bad thing, franchises like Armored Core, Street Fighter, and Dynasty Warriors have kinda been doing the same thing, appealing really only to their fanbases (which are rather dedicated and/or large).

Hate to bring it a bit off topic but this screenshot option looks so cool. It can make any game review seem so much easier. Why describe the graphics when I can give you a direct screenshot without worrying about the typical "Sony filter" of doctoring the images to make them look a little more shiny? Now all we need is a video option...

A video option would be fantastic, I think. And I've only played a few, starting with I think WipEout 64 on a friend's console, and then Pure and Pulse on my PSP. I haven't played the others, but I think I'd like them.

I've just edited the OP to allow for screenshots to be submitted for any of your games now, not just WipEout. Maybe now it'll gain some more traffic. :ha:

Here's some I got from Uncharted:

EDIT: One more:

(Unfortunately the waterfall really shows the jaggies in that one, otherwise it's gorgeous.
The game looks so much better in motion though. It's still like the best looking handheld game to date but in motion it looks flawless.

in that case, there is no such thing as homebrew launcher for aroma

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
