Did you Went/Go Online?: Yes and No. My 3DS did connect to the internet on the home menu while having the game suspended, but I never accessed any in-game online features. I used the memory patch for NitroStream to screen capture Pokemon Moon twice.
What Error Code Do You Get?: When attempting to play any game online (Mario Kart, Pokemon XY, Pokemon ORAS): 002-0102
When attempting to access Miiverse: 022-2812

So, from the results of this poll, people who went online for the first time in the last 24hrs were not banned. (Lucky). I believe this is because Nintendo is unable to decipher if it is a "Review" copy of the game or the "Pirated" copy of the game. (Again, just my idea.) Anyway, If you were one of the people who made the stupid mistake to go online in the past 24hrs, then you have a greater chance to be safe (Unless you have been put onto a list.) Em... I think your installing date matters too, that's why I haven't install it yet.

Hey, i went to the Festival Plaza thing once, when i followed a few tutorial.

I haven't seen any connection thing and i thought it was some offline tutorial. But 3 or 4 days later I see that my wifi was ON. While i was sure i disabled the WIFI before launching SUN the 1st time, it appears it was already ON when i went to activate it (yesterday in order to check the e-shop accessibility)

So, let's say i played the tutorial with wifi ON. Did i use the Online service during this session ?
Also, i remember that i talked to 2 NPC on the plaza right after the tutorial. Are those NPC some king of street/spot pass feature (aka, oneline service used) or are they generated by the game and available offline ?
EDIT : i guess i'll try myslef : Going on the plaza with wifi OFF (ill check before this time -.-) and figure it myself.

Aso, that means i played the game with Wifi ON :/

I checked yesterday, i wasn't banned from the e-shop, anyway i haven't tried any Online game yet.

I did the same (plaza tuto) and I cant play online (0102 error code).
