How did you bypass both bans? I know how to bypass 001-0102 with my moveable.sed file but I didn't know you can unban the other.
Are you able to system transfer with 022-2812 lifted?

I have not tried to do a system transfer with the lifted ban but, I presume that it would work successfully. I bypassed the 022 ban by replacing my Arm9.bin on my root with the one linked on this post: https://gbatemp.net/threads/pokemon-3ds-ban-what-you-need-to-do.449472/ I believe that this changes the system ID externally and temporarily as long as the file is present. If you want, you may follow along this post.

Ah I see, isn't that arm9loaderhax payload risky or not recommended to use? If it can allow for a system transfer it would be so worth it.

I played Moon and was banned. I was connected to WiFi but thought I would be okay if I just didn't use the online services in the game.

Not fortunate enough to have 2 3DSs to unban
