ROM Hack Pokemon Star Sapphire Leveled Build: Safe to Play Online?

For Pokemon Star Sapphire, if I chose the leveled build and attempt to go online and play, will I get banned with the Pokemon I bring in (caught from the game) because their catch level is different?

I ask this because the moves of the Pokemon claim to be 100% legal, it is only the level in which they were caught that are different. I was wondering if those online with the leveled build ended up getting banned.
