Gaming pokemon diamond<->my pokemon ranch

In my pokemon diamond I can't do anything because I did the darkrai glitch and saved...
So I thought I send them over to pokepark!
But I thought I start a new game send them over again and Happy again but now I saw that you can't send them back if you start a new game.
So could someone please help me toe get my pokemon back?

I think I heard that your Pokemon Diamond must have the same ID and Secret ID in order to get your Pokemon back from the Ranch but I'm not sure.

There's no way unless you knew the Secret ID of the save file.
