That’s ridiculous imo not saying anything bad about it but I Will shit my pants if that happens we don’t even have pcsx2 for anything aside from x86 porting to aarch64 not impossible but I’ll be surprised if it’s real I would even eat my words and pay 100 bucks for it but I hope this is true it would be crazySo they are working on port of pcsx2 for arm64, where Switch will be the main target for optimizations?
Cool
Ah I remember that@burt111 it's not impossible, because one of ps2 emulators for Android is based on stolen code from pcsx2 and performance is rather good.
The hype is real. PCSX2 on the Switch would be awesome af
what??『This is not PCSX2! PCSX2 is faster!』
>『This is not DamonPS2! DamonPS2 is faster!』
I can play Kingdom Hearts 1, 2, and Chain o' Memories...on my bed?!
Let me rephrase that: Re:Chain o' Memories.Technically you can already play Chain of Memories using the GBA emulator in Retroarch. I'm still taking a wait and see approach about fully playable PS2 games on Switch.
Play! is now available as a libretro core.
A) You can split themAwesome! Is there any way around PS2 Isos that are greater than 4 GB? Cause that's like most PS2 games.
Please link for that corePlay! is now available as a libretro core.
Wait for it to show up on the buildbot. Please link for that core
No problem , but if this need to compile I know how to do thatWait for it to show up on the buildbot.

ps2 is harder then n64 emulation, which is like barely running full speed in some games.Wait does this thing actually have an aarch64 dynarec? I refuse to believe it seeing how poorly it runs
