Yo, that Rain trailer's wicked ass golden showers!
IKEMEN is what MUGEN should've been 10 years ago, not shit like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uvS_L8mbepw
Congratulations on level 11
Nothing like being job and responsibility free for a few weeks at a time! And, hopefully, after tomorrow, one more bill free! :)
Rain being datamined for MK11 be like: https://youtu.be/TvnYmWpD_T8
It's insane how a fan-based heatsink like the Noctua DH-15 can perform so well with cooling yet output as little noise as an AIO.
Best Fan Quality MADE in AUSTRIA. ^_~
So, if that was Virtua Fighter 6, can we get Kazuma Kiryu as a guest character? Maybe it will actually help to sell the game, SEGA!
Yeah, no more Mountain Dew with high fructose corn syrup. I don't want to miss a day of work this week so I can be rid of my next bill!
Man, GameStop is just depressing to walk into nowadays.
Here’s some NFL games and like 3 dusty Funko Pops
I mean, they had some stuff that was kind of OK-ish, and a game here or there, but you'd think a company like GameStop would try to get a better price for a game like Astral Chain, but it's still $60! I know, Switch tax and all, but goddamn!
Go outside today. It'll lift your spirits!
Jesus Christ, Zotac!!! https://pcpartpicker.com/product/tfTzK8/zotac-geforce-rtx-3090-24-gb-gaming-trinity-video-card-zt-a30900d-10p
I got the GTX 1060 6GB model from them a few years ago, and the damn fan fell off of the heatsink due to the Made in China plastic. Had me so shocked in the moment that I think I unplugged the PC to let the video card cool down lol
Well, you decide, a 3090 or a new car.
Counter deal - A 3090 and a new car, or both of your kidneys
*sigh* Things aren't as fun around here as they used to be. At the rate things are going, maybe I should just stop being a part of...
...communities in general. All I wanted was to interact with other friendly people who loved what I love, but then I get branded as crazy because I'm not trying to be an unprovoked asshole.
It's getting to the point to where I just want to cut the Internet forum out of my life entirely, just so I can have a mental peace of mind.
Is there such a thing as being "normal?" I always wish I could've had a "normal" life and a "normal" upbringing, but what really is normal?
This is the kind of stuff that goes thru my mind when I'm getting anxious and paranoid. So much is happening that I have to be a part of, with a bunch problems that really end up having nothing to do with me or anything I did wrong impacting my life this year.
Oh, Raiden, if you have to consult with the Elder Gods, could you at least not send the storms my way? Thanks!
I hate that I'm all alone in my room here when no one else is awake and there's not much else going on because it feels like I'm not alone.
Hell yes! Sending some good reiki, will think of you a bit while meditating.
Arigato gozaimatsu! For real, it means a lot!
This is an abridged version, but this book is amazing. The only thing that matters is NOW! The very moment we are in right now, this exact second we are living in. We can be prepared for everything through this. Only recently found this audiobook but this was my favorite book back in college. It can help a lot if you don't fall asleep to it lol
I had fun in induction today. Apparently, that means I get to be mindraped by boredom later on today when I have to clean...again. FML! :(
Target can eat a bag of dicks covered in nail clippings.
For one thing, the tote I was working while the line was stopped up due to a hanging product, group jam, or a tray not closing or whatever was almost finished, but it's kind of become a "endure everyone's BS" kind of strategy for now until I get out of debt with their safety rules and how nanny state they are over enforcing them.
I almost should turn this into a blog post, but to end this Twitter-esque thread on a positive note, let's just say I found a better DC job that not only pays better, but when OT isn't a thing, shifts aren't as long per day (though you do trade having a 3 day weekend, at least I get the usual Saturday and Sunday off), but the wage growth the job has over one year will make it unlike any other job I've ever worked!
Safety rules, however asinine, are usually there for a reason, and are best adhered to. That said, I used to work for Target in a store, and yeah, it was awful. Hated it. Not surprised DCs aren't much different.
What is the meaning of life?
I hate banging my elbow against metal railings...
Also, try not to overwork yourself. Because of various changes, biggest of which being many people getting bumped, my dad's working 3 jobs at one, he usually comes home around 7-8PM (he leaves at 7:00AM-ish), and it is not a pretty sight.
@HylianBran A distribution center for another retail biz. I'm not worried about burnout, tho. This job, all things considered, is pretty easy compared to Walmart! :)
Are you in school?
