Autechre is talking about benchmarks over homebrew/retroarch, not the wise hw.

But why is there a discrepancy between the system capabilities and how RetroArch runs? That's what I was trying to point out.

San andreas gets like 7fps on the title screen then black screens after it tries to start the game, how do you overclock etc?

OC won't get you close enough to play it and it will not solve crash.
Emulator is in too early stage.

If you will build it once and you don't delete folder with it, then updating repo and building it again will go much faster.

Try installing it by make install in the build directory

saw on the compatibility list that san andreas could start after 10 min or so, it's been 45 I don't think it's gonna start lol
