Hello there!

I am trying to use PC translation for Pillars of Eternity on the definitive Switch version. I have succesfully extracted the game and from what I can see, the game has pretty much the same structure as the PC version. The only difference is, that the Switch version has all languages .zipped (as "Localized.zip"). For reference, I am attaching this picture - on the left is a Switch version, on the right is a PC version.

Somehow, though, I am unable to use the pc translation in the game: I have tried adding the translated folder ("cs" language) to the .zip alongside other languages (DE, EN, etc.) and I have also tried replacing the files within the FR folder (trying to force French to show my custom translation), but somehow the translation is not different. It kinda seems like the LayeredFS are not working at all (I am using latest Atmosphére 0.9.3).

Is there a way to check, whether the LayeredFS is actually doing its thing, or can anyone help?

Thank you!

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    nope

@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
