A good test program for fake cards is hw2test which I can recommend:

https://h2testw.org/
Hehe. I used it on a 2tb fake card. it took more than 36 hours to fill it and another 36 hours to test the files written to the sd. The speeds were atrocious. In the end the card only had 8gb of actual space. Needles to say aliexpress refunded me in full. I knew the card was fake, but I still wanted to test it :). The power used by the pc running all that time was probably more expensive than the actual card.
Later Edit: I forgot to tell you that the card was xiaomi official microSD card sold by the official xiaomi store. Of course I knew it's fake, since only a couple of brands actually have 2tb sd cards and Xiaomi is not one of them. Still really strange to see the official store sell fake products. And so obvious at that.

The rp2040 chip on v1 nicely fit where can put and the case no need ty secrws more to close any info.

some people put the chip on the outside of the shield and route wires through the fan hole, but I'd recommend just cutting the shield for a nice fit.

Hello,
Do you prefer these instead of the enameled ones?
Yes, if i ignored the prices. The 40awg is the best.
The prices is 20x more than the enameled.

I've use the 34awg, still prefer enameled.
Because the rigidness is slightly higher than the enameled one.

The 40awg, rigidness is as 'soft' as to the enameled one.
But not like the enameled, it have thicker insulation material. So its safer from edge scratch.
I feel safe from ripping the pad. And the insulated material, seems different.
I use 350degrees, and yet, the insulation plastics not melting fast. I could solder to 3seconds, without worry at all.

is more than enough :)
Yeah, if you are cutting like i did (photo) that is enough, but If you want to cut like deeps did (only a square inside the shield) then you need some more tools because using scissors will bend the metal too much

It is true, with scissors you bend the initial part but with your fingers you return to the initial position. Then eventually when you do 3 or 4 a day you get thrung out and start tearing them with your hands :)

I wonder what is the science behind these phenomenon.
Its taking the conscious mind to choose the 4th pin than the 3rd pin.
Even i didn't realize at first, until someone point it out.
My mind also choose the 4th pin. :rofl2:
