I've never really played a persona game so could you explain to me what this character is like? Regardless am hyped for new characters XD

I doubt it confirms Persona 5 on Switch. Nintendo probably just paid a small amount of money to Atlus to use one of their characters in a fighting game, it's not that confusing.

How is this not confusing? Joker is not in any Nintendo game. If it was Flynn, I'd understand, since he was in SMT 4, which was on the 3DS.
I challenge you to name one other character in Sma5h that doesn't have a game on a Nintendo console.
Persona Q2, where Joker is predominantly in that. It may not be a mainline game, but it still exists.
Well cloud for now but his early roots were nintendo since ff7 was at first gonna be an n64 title till se say the size of the carteidges
Cloud was in Smash Bros U and the 3DS version while FF7 is coming to Switch in 2019 that was years ago long before there was ever a deal for that game to come to a console that didn't exist then.
Technically, Cloud was in KH: Chain of Memories and in FF Theatrhythm.
I didn't know about Persona Q2 though. That would explain it.

Definitely not regretting pre-ordering that fighters pass. Throw my hat in for wanting to see Persona ports to Switch, as well.
Starting Smash Ultimate for the first time now...Gamestop released at 10 PM local time.

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -
