Panik! My 7.55 ps4 wants to install 11

Everything that I've searched in terms of how to remove or delete an update data that it downloaded that I have not yet let it install doesn't seem to lead me anywhere useful. I would really like to get this out of the way so I can try to update to 9.0 via a USB stick I prepared

I am automatic updates disabled elsewhere in the settings it seems like My problem is the PS4 doesn't want to try to update from the USB drive I've followed all the guides that I've seen regarding the USB stick update method for some reason it's not popping up with the 9.0 as an option, I just get to not connected to internet error

Launch goldhen, enter on ftp and delete update folder and update.pup...

GoldHEN has an update blocker built in, do you use the DNS? (that also blocks updates): what happened

But yeah: FTP and manually delete the pup.

Factory reset is the nuclear option; but it would also work.
