Having a reasonable starting condition sure helps.

Picture being inside a very guy looking 50 year old male body, balding, cliche spare tire, and then you know what hopeless feels like.

Sometimes change isn't an option for some.

I understand... but (if you're talking about yourself) don't give up, I know a nice lady who did it at 40, she had Face Feminization too and she passes perfectly fine.
