Homebrew OG 3ds turns off after selecting DS game (cartridge)

So yeah I have this weird thing going on, I tried to play Pokemon Explorer's of Sky (legit cartridge) but my 3ds turns off as soon as I try to boot it, I have the latest version of Luna + Bootstrap cfw and everything works fine except that. Tried using TWLoader but still happens even when trying to boot .NDS files

Any suggestions/fix for it?

Cartridge may be dirty or damaged. May have messed up something. Could be a bug. Many reasons.

reinstall what handles nds games on the 3ds, can't remember what it's called though :/

The system recognizes the cartridge, the problem is only when booting up :/

The cartridge could be damaged, try on a DS or non-CFWed 3DS.

Is it a cia file?

.cia files are apps, not internal files. The 3DS does not run DS games through a simulator so it's not a .cia file. AFAIK.

you should read up on 3dnus it downloads fw (in sections) in .cia format
