Oh I thought your post previous was saying that you had added cores into appx and it was 498mb
well the program is on this forum for the rebuilder if you look hard enough

hint its by tunip3

i would really like it if i had help though since i dont have roms for all the cores so if anyone wants to help later let me know and then i'll build a retroarch with only working cores

Oh wow, you got Core Updater working? Nice. I was just gonna download the x86_64 nightly cores from the buildbot and see if those load on Xbone, once I get home, lol.

Awesome. Whichever is easier for you is fine with me, I'll be able to begin testing in about 2-3 hours and can edit this post with my findings or just add to a public spreadsheet.

Edit: Just got home, starting testing now. Will update the spreadsheet as necessary (so far, I can confirm the MAME core is loading roms properly).

Interesting news. I wonder how is N64 performance for easy games like Mario 64 and how is for something like perfect dark or conker bad fur day (those two doesn't matter that much cause rare replay but im being just curious )

Also I got an ultra noob question, is using emulators / retrorach though Dev mode is 100% safe/ban free ? It is supposed to but I haven't see any answer regarding this. Also what does a friend see you're playing on his Xbox while in Dev mode and retroarch running ?

Thanks !

idk if n64 works

you should 100% be safe i wouldnt see a problem with stuff like this since its only through dev mode and we didnt mod the system in anyway there just apps

i think a friend just see's you on the home screen and not so much what your doing but idk

Can anyone please confirm the retrorating given by Retroarch in settings for the Xbox one consoles?

I’m wondering for OG, S and X please :)

FYI the PS4 (non pro) scores a rating of 6.

Edit: never mind this number for PS4 is confirmed to be a random static value and no true rank at all. Phew.

whatever works on here i'll merge all cores that are confirmed working together so we can have more systems to play while we wait for the official version

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

it would be from 17 core to 38 minus the dead ones which i would get rid of so

13 together would be 38 working cores maybe if they are confirmed working

Dominator make sure before removing cores it is double verified that the core doesn’t work. I know with some of the cores they might only be able to read one file type instead of another. Also some people might not have the bios set up and give a false positive. I’ll try to help test cores this weekend.

Will you create and upload the appx file as well with the cores?

i want to make a working build with only working cores so theres not alot to choose from that dont work

I meant will you create an appx with the working core for people to download? I am asking because I am not able to setup the cores with retroarch for some reason
