You can see some of my translations at jpopsuki, and back in the day I worked with dboy on the DQ3remix translation which was eventually canned but it was fun while it lasted.

This RPG was released first in the west as Final Fantasy Legend II for the Gameboy so it would sell more with the Final Fantasy title. Unfortunately, I have zero hope if this coming to the US and I remember reading somewhere that this game wouldn't be released outside of Japan. I've played about a half an hour of this and it would be a lot easier if this game had at least some translation (items, abilities, monster meat monster names, ect).

About 1,5 megabytes of text and control codes...That's quite a lot of text.

It is an rpg based on the naruto manga and anime. it takes place from the end of the invasion of konaha to the finally of naruto fighting sauske. The game had moderate success in japan due to the popularity of the anime. It won;t be coming out in America for a few reasons. Their have been games from further on in the series released most of the more modern ones are in the shippuden series which takes place 2 years after the events in this game. Even the direct sequel to this game was released ( naruto rpg 3) in america but they skipped this one.
