I just read on serebii.net that official Pokemon RBY Virtual Console will be relesed on 3DS on February 2016... Hope it will also release on North America Version :-)

It has been announced that Pokémon Red, Blue and Yellow are to be released on the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console in Europe on February 27th 2016. The release of these games includes special link cable capabilities of the games to allow for battle and trading over the local wireless connection of the Nintendo 3DS.

It's also confirmed that Japan will receive Pokémon Red, Green, Blue and Yellow and will also be released in a special bundle which comes with the download code, magnet of the cartridge, manual and a map for 1,389¥

It will come to NA on February 27th. Confirmed on NA Direct

    they need to have a strong line up on the launch titles too. I think they should move metroid prime 4 to the next console because by now it has been quite a while and there's no release date scheduled yet
