There hasn't been specific details to see what is in the trailer, but:

With less than three weeks to go until Grand Theft Auto V's September 17 worldwide launch, Rockstar is still serving up new content for its open-world game. Today, the developer announced plans to release the game's "official trailer" this week.

I am not sure if it is official yet but E3 will probably take place in June 2014 and if past experience is anything to go by you can expect a "we will have more info in the coming months/at another convention where we will show a trailer including a firmer release date".

Oh and as this is going nowhere fast it goes becomes the first casualty of the amended crazy politician ruling and finds itself in general gaming.
