I finished the registration and put my pin in and finished the survey but I was never prompted up a window afterwards for the CD or anything

A lot of folks on the neogaf forums are reporting the same thing happened to them.
Email Nintendo's tech support. Complain.

What the fuck. Apparantly their poster comes with the player's guide, which is an additional $20. Needless to say I'm pretty pissed right now.
