Hacking NTRCFW 3.4 Preview1(Support video output on New 3DS)

AuReiNand doesn't use a firmware.bin anymore.

But you have to place the NTR firmware.bin in the aurei folder to have ntr working (10.7 firmware have the 10.4 firm, that was incompatible with NTR)

Would it be possible for someone to port the NTR debugger and viewer to OS X, or is it not compatible? I tried making a Wine wrapper but it failed.

Is that so? Is the one I put there just for NTR then? I'm pretty new to this and I have it there as a result of following Plailect's A9LH guide.

I should have said the nightlies/hourlies no longer require any firmware files on the sd card. If you're not using anything from April 10th and up, you will still need the file. And it looks like from Omegadriens comment, you will need to leave it on there for this to work.

i Recommend to make a .bat file containing something like this:
cd "C:\Users\Dennis\Dropbox\3Ds Capture"
start NTRViewer.exe -l 1 -t 1.6 -b 2.0
cd "C:\Users\Dennis\Dropbox\3Ds Capture"
start ntrclient.exe
exit

just replace the cd to where ever you have your files and don't change the start one's
top 1.6 and bottom 2.0 will make them the same size =)

also you can make hotkeys in the NTR Debugger in the tools menu and toggle them with the press of Ctr + the number key's, implant the connect remoteplay write and deconnect and exit command's and enjoy the lazy life =)

Hi there. I have a friend saying to me she is able to connect and do the remote play. The 3DS flashes, but it does not show anything in the NTRViewer. Did anyone had an issue like this and solve it? I'll be gratefull to know.

Pretty great stuff, although lag is currently too high to use it for anything more than show & tell.

I get MUCH better framerates with my computer connected to the LAN and the DS the only thing connected to the Wi-Fi. It's going at 92-100% on an average of 30FPS. Last game tested was Majora's Mask getting an average of 44FPS. This thing is amazing!

The error is normal. NTR will continue to stream. The only time it truly disconnects is with the command or a hard reboot of your DS.

However, I am getting a black screen on the ntr viewer right after the error.

Note:
NTR3.4 preview1 is only for New3ds. the developer said it will support o3ds except video output.
the video output client is only for windows recently, it will support other platform in the future.

I've already done it. It's not perfect, but it mostly works. The newest version, however, is not yet supported.

Curious, why not just use it with regular Wine instead of trying to bundle it as a Wine wrapper?
