Hacking noob question i know

alright i cant get metroid other m to work on dual layer dvd so i'm gonna use a usb loader i have 2 1TB harddrives both have data on them. once i format one to WBFS will i lose everything on the drive?

its an option with in windows do a google search not that hard.

If it's NTFS or FAT32, you don't need to format at all (just use Wii backup manager to put the games on the drive).
