No, GC memory card access is redirected to the SD card.

It's only the SAVES not the actual games that use the SD card, so you still need the game disk you want to play in the drive. I assume it's for people who are interested in playing used GC games but cant find any memory cards, or choose to use what's readily available to them. I imagine its also easier to use downloaded saves using this, as opposed to using one of the save game managers (which if my understanding is correct, don't work with official memory cards anyway).

For real NAND:
We must create a .wad file with the 0000000c.app file and install it with WAD manager.
Not yet clear ...It's quite simple: just replace the 0000000c.app file that comes with the NUS download and then repack the data as a new MIOS WAD.

the instruction is a bit wrong, this is how it is done correctly!
1. get mios v10 and decrypt it
2. use FixELF like this:

FixELF 0000000c.app nmm.elf 00000008.app

3. Copy the 00000008.app to this location:

title/00000001/00000100/content/00000008.app

Note: 00000008.app is the name of BC and in this case of BCv6

Wait so we take a content from the MIOS and transform it as BC content ?
So to make a WAD with the final 000..8.app , we have to use the BC or the MIOS ? BC I guess.

But MIOS is title/00000001/00000101/ ...
title/00000001/00000100 is the BC, isn't it?
Maybe I misunderstood...

Yes, We patch a MIOS content and install it as a BC content

You take "0000000c.app" from MIOS v10 and do the fixelf on it and the output should be "00000008.app". Replace "00000008.app" in BCv6 (title/00000001/00000100/) with the newly patched "00000008.app".
Or you could do the above and then pack a WAD of BC v6 with the patched .app and install it with WAD Manager.

That's crediar's 404 error i.e. page not found. Wherever you got that link from, they were messing with you.

pretty cool could be first steps for gc sd loading or even a pseudousb loader (copy files from usb to sd card and then load game from sd).

I've packed the new BC using WadMii, this is the .wad file: removed
Be careful with this!!! Be sure that you have Priiloader/BootMii as Boot2!!!
I cannot test at the moment, sorry I have to go.

That's an illegal WAD, remove it.
