Wii U classic controller pro
Oh I'm sorry I thought that you were talking about the CC Pro, well the Wii U Pro only works with some HB Apps like Nintendont, Fix released the library to the public so it depends of the HB Maker to make use of it,besides that Wii U Pro Controller doesn't work with Wii Games or VC Games afaik.

He means the Classic Controller Pro. I am assuming it was a typo.
I see, well if that's the case, my first answer stands, the WII (Not Wii U) Classic Controller Pro, works with VC Games, Homebrew and WII Games that support it (just check the back of the box or read Wikipedia they have a list)

Don't forget about Wii U games that support it like Smash Bros. U.

there is 3 controllers

Classic controller(wii)
Classic controller pro(wii)
WiiU Pro Controller(wiiu)

there is no such thing as a wiiu classic controller, its just the wii classic controller or classic controller pro there is no wiiu version, the only controller the wiiu has its WIIU pro controller

Wii classic controller and classic controller pro have the same compat they are the same controller in diferent formats but every game a classic controller works a classic controller pro will also work.

Both Classic Controllers do work with some Wii U games.

are you sure they delete ninconfig.bin? I always thought nintendont used ninconfig for the args sent to it and wiiflow and usb loader gx just sent their own arguments to nintendont never really changing ninconfig.bin. thats why if you launch a gc game with wiiflow it doesnt change nintendonts settings and doesnt save them. i could be wrong though.

It was an executive decision by the creators of the USB loaders because people were complaining that ninconfig.bin was messing with the loaders' ability to play games (which was a false assumption)

False. In very early builds of Nintendont (before v1.0) the nincfg world cause issues with games booting. The problem seems to be resolved now

it's probably better, because not all keys on key sites are stolen

they bought their own game on a key site and checked where they came from and it turned out they were review copies he had given out by email to someone
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
    *all* of them
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
no storefront I'm aware of (at least on pc) requires the devs to pay for the keys they generate
  • NinStar @ NinStar:
they don't lose money doing this, even if someone decide to chargeback
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
so that seems to be a pretty common thing, i kinda blame the dev for that one though as they were giving out like 5 keys to someone just because they asked for multiple copies for review for whatever reason and there were multiple people doing this. he should've seen the red flags
  • linuxares @ linuxares:
@The Real Jdbye Yet devs tell US that they get charged possible charge backs? Its no idea we keep this up since I have to trust the devs more than key reseller sites.

  • linuxares @ linuxares:
(the chargeback is a penalty fee from the Credit card company, apparently around 30$)
