What I did should have fixed the ones that broke in 2.204 (2.200 if you were using video none). If It broke in 2.206 it is a very different problem. Was hoping your problem broke a version earlier than you thought.
The problem is solved by forcing video mode to PAL 50 or PAL 60. Auto is working in most but not all games. I thought Id tried everything but obviously not

I tried using cfg70MODr65 for Nintendont- it detects the game SSBM, but fails to load it. I get a black screen. How do I setup Nintendont in CFG?

I downloaded the control.zip and extracted to the root of the SD in \controllers

Edit:
Whoops, I missed that it needs to be in the USB root since I am loading from USB! Trying it now!

Edit2: Nope, no luck. Trying with GX

Edit3: Loading the Nintendont.dol give me FS error 12. I tried FAT32 32kb cluster, then 64kb cluster. Still got the same error. Any ideas?

To Wii U owners I have a question, no my Wii U isn't modded (yet) but there are plans to have it modded in the future, anyway for now the question is does Nintendont work using the gamepad or is it just the screen?

The gamepad can only be used as a screen. That works pretty well, but that's weird to play in front of it with a different controller. That kinda sucks actually.

It's tricky as the Wii uses Bluetooth but the Gamepad uses WiFi.

I would be so happy if someone managed to get the gamepad work on wii mode (witch also means GC, emu, hombrews ect)

Just wanted to say thank you for the information! Unfortunately for some reason the meta.xml link is broken for me and sends me to a page with code.

rightclick save-as

hopefully cyan can make the link auto-download in the future

That's what meta.xml file is. Just run Nintendont and it will create one though.

That's very interesting actually, in a way it works like a portable screen, too bad the battery life isn't long enough, it would be cool to be able to play with it in the future, I know the Wii U gamepad uses a different method than bluetooth I just didn't know it's wifi, does this mean I can't play while being offline? I never tried this tbh guess it's worth a try, anyway thanks for the help.

No, you don't need to be online, the gamepad and Wii U communicate to each other, that's all :D

I can verify that while the forced video modes are greatly improved there is a huge problem with some PAL 50hz games with forced 480p.

Specifically, Luigi's Mansion, Wave Race BS and Wario World ( support only 50hz games in Europe) display a zoomed in image at 1/3 of the screen ratio.

Also, in case of Luigi's Mansion this creates some MASSIVE frame rate drops.

Finally some 60hz games like Viewtifull Joe 1+2 give a black screen whe forced to display in 480p.

Has anyone knows the cause of this?

For some reason I still can't force NTSC Tales of Symphonia into PAL60, black screen :( Is this a normal thing with this game? Cheers.

Nintendont r208, regular Wii, loaded directly from Nintendont loader, USB Fat32 32 cluster, 1:1 iso rips, Emu memory, native = off, GCN controller, regular av cables...

-Sonic Adventure DX Chao race still crashes randomly, at least now it doesn't black screen, however the alpha build still black screens, last known working version for both is r164 (still didn't get the chance to test other revisions).

-Sonic Mega Collection now has no sound.

-Frogger Ancient Shadow still gives "error" message at start up, never worked as far as I know in Nintendont before, works fine in Dios Mios.

-Phantasy Star Online Episode III also gives me error message at start (confirm?)

Other than that every game I tested worked fine, including Sonic Gems Collection, Batman Vengeance, Kao Kangaroo, Namco Museum, Midway Arkade Treasures 2, and Virtua Striker 2002, thanks Fix94, I didn't test too many games though, I can confirm Nintendont no longer runs with USBLGX but the mod by airline works fine.

Another news to report my third party memory card seems to work fine with Nintendont so I guess it's just official memory cards that have issue, I can always use the third party one with Nintendont if I had to, thank you all for the support!

i can also confirm nintendont does not work with USB loader GX, and i try and load Biohazard Code Veronica through nintedont and the colors have been changed and animation now runs slow with patchy sound. it did work in previous versions. i tested wii only.

Hello Nintendont poeple :)
Someone contacted me on another website and have an issue with The Sims: Bustin out (french version).
Right after ending the sport carrer scene, the game attemps to load a cutscene and the game crashes with a loud buzz sound.

The log seems to be uncomplete, but it is how it outputs. Could anyone having this game could confirm the problem?

from when is this log? 2005? The latest version patching doesnt even look remotely close to that.

Hello fix94 :) I don't know exactly. The guy said he was using the version 2.188. He said he also tried the version 2.208. Maybe the log came from 2.188? Sorry if I bother you with this.
