Ill check it for you but it will be this time tomorrow

Thanks so much for this fix. There is still an issue with some PAL games, Metroid 1 + 2, and Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 3 seem fine on NTSC but black screen from 2.206 onwards for PAL versions, at least for me anyway

Edit: I would really appreciate it if someone with the PAL versions of theses games would confirm this so I can be confident editing the compat list. I'm aware that they work with NTSC, they work for me too on NTSC
Did you set your video mode after upgrading to 2.08? You have to actually press A While it over the video setting.

I think I did but im all packed up now will try again tomorrow. I tried it from wiiflow too same error with different video modes. If I downgrade to 2.205 its perfect. Also to be clear I mean NTSC versions of these games work, not by forceing NTSC video mode on the PAL game to get them to work

I have an automatic build system setup in linux and ever since r206 I keep getting this error:
compilation terminated.
DEP DI.d
DI.c:34:30: fatal error: asm/multidol_ldr.h: No such file or directory
#include "asm/multidol_ldr.h"
Something must be wrong in the build scripts for linux, but it is way over my head to fix it myself.
The only thing I know is that this file that the compiler is trying to include is not existing at all, a search for files named "multidol_ldr.h" in the source gives me no reults at all.

I just looked at the compatability list. I dont see anything like this listed for the MOH games. Maybe they were fixed
the FiFa games that showed this problem were all last tested with 2.180 Their have been lots of changes sence then. maybe they have been fixed as well. The only way to know is for someonr to test them.
Oh I meant the issue about those games booting on a normal Wii but not on a Wii U due to HDMI cables.
The 480p output gives a blackscreen for those games and there are two workarounds:
  • Change the video to 480i with SettingsEditor GUI
  • Force PAL/NTSC. Contrary to the game's original region. Although, I tested it in an NTSC-U Wii U with MoH:EA NTSC-U and forcing any video mode doesn't work.

Your the man, Thanks for Ustealth builds!

Hi, I am trying to install your program and I have run into an error. I have everything working up until the actual game. When I try to launch it, it gets glitched at checking fs. I tried switching the port that the usb was in, changing the allocation size to 32 kb, and formatting to FAT32 several times. If someone could tell me what I am doing wrong, I would greatly appreciate it. :D

The "Checking FS" error usually means your HDD is not receiving enough power. You need to use a USB Y-Cable to use both USB port to give the USB HDD more power. Or use an external power source.

Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem seems to keep freezing on me only after 20 to 35mins of play. wanted to know if anyone has this problem and if there is way to fix it?

Actually that error means your hard drive has failed to mount

In case anyone hasn't tested the game lately Star Fox Adventures still has the issue with out of sync subtitles but everything else still works.

It's a known issue and nobody has figured out why it happens. It happens on Dolphin, DM and Devolution. When it gets fixed it will be in the change log as it will be a game specific fix.

The guess problem with those games is that MoH:EA doesn't support progressive at all (that's why it only works, if vWii settings set to 480i/576i) and that the PAL FIFA games at least don't support PAL progressive (that't why they work, when forcing NTSC).
I have thought this lately and it is most likely not a bug of nintendont but a problem with the games itself. I would love to see someone with Wii connected with component cable and videomode set to 480p test a retail MoH:EA with good old MIOS. I really wonder if it would produce a black screen, too. I guess so.
Maybe it is possible to make a "Force Interlaced" option. Dunno if this makes sense.

I was thinking about trying to set these two variables

https://code.google.com/p/nintendon-t/source/browse/trunk/loader/source/global.c#199
https://code.google.com/p/nintendon-t/source/browse/trunk/loader/source/main.c#241

to test if it would fix those games. But I have simply no time lately to even power on my WiiU.
FIX94 Any comment this would be really appreciated. Even if you just write "Yeah, that's a problem with the games itself. There's nothing I can do", it is OK. The workaround with SettingsEditorGUI is shitty, but at least it works.

Dolphin too? shame I figured Dolphin would've played it just fine. I couldn't get the game to run fast enough to test it out. Either way I'm glad I can play it even with such a small issue.

Thanks to nintendont and all who have contributed I am glad to say I finally disconnected my Wii and took everything down, it's been plugged in since launch day :P time to box it up with all the discs and put it somewhere forgettable…

Any way to 'unfix' the 4:3 bug?

I want my games to display at 4:3 on my gamepad and my monitor doesn't let me switch aspect ratio.
