All right, here's the update on this shiz; I've still got the problem. I re-downloaded the PS3 controller ini and renamed it to controller.ini, and placed it in the root of my SD Card. As I load up homebrew and the Nintendon't Channel, it seems to be normal. The channel recognized my .Iso, and as I load it, it seems to be normal up until it asks me to insert my controller through the rear USB ports. I've tried both the front and rear USB ports, but both give me an error message of: Init HID devices... Failed! Missing SD:// Controller.ini

Did you accidentally name it controller.ini.ini

This happens when you don't have show hidden files turned on.

Err...

I thought the actual name had to be controller.ini, but that bit confused me. Thanks for the clarification! So should I simply rename the file to controller?

I meant file extensions, not hidden files:dry:

if file extensions are hidden then it might have .ini typed after already. You just can't see it.

I was a bit weirded out, seeing that I already had show hidden files turned on. I'm right about to try your idea, and I'm hopeful that it will work!

I replied to that thread since you went and made it, but my first thought was that maybe you have the bad luck that the only working port in your console isn't the one where the HDD should be connected. If nintendont still detects your games it should be fine, but I'm also wondering if you use an usb loader or somehow use the GC controller to navigate nintendont (which i don't think it's possible but I can't be sure)

Nope it does detect the games.. and i'm loading it directly from the homebrew channel and using a gamecube controller to move it.. It just freezez at checking fs no matter what usbs i use or cluster size..

so, at the current state I cannot compile the kernel with bluetooth testing in it, I did fix up all warnings and errors and well, to actually use it I would need 8x the size we have available right now lol, I guess I need to think of some other ways.

Can't this be loaded in the extra mem available by using the Wii mode ?
I still don't understand why in wii mode "we" can't allocate the extra ram to use it...
Kernel should only use redirection ?

uhm we have 30mb of cache in wii mode, also we do have the sound buffers in wii mode, we have the kernel in wii mode, the controls in wii mode, remember that the whole wii mode mem2 is only 64mb, it all stacks up pretty fast.

Is it possible to not load stuff that is unused, for example only load HID when HID is connected, GC when GC is connected, etc.
and then make a "load cache" ?

Sorry, But I still don't understand...
Even If some things are allocated for Wii mode but not used for GC games, why can't this amount of ram reallocated to do something else ?
Unloading all the unneeded things and reuse it ?
Or Erase or overlap this memory to do something else ?

Has someone a controlle.ini with this VID:0E8F and this PID:0003?
I will by hapy if you have it.
See you!

Why not just create it yourself? It isn't hard at all.

Because the last that I created doesn't work, it recognize the controller, and in HIDTest the controller.ini works, but in the game, when It says (Zelda WW) Press Start, I press start, but doesn't start, the controller doesn't work.

I don't understand.
Sorry for my english

He's asking which controller, brand and model, it is just in case someone else has the same.

Ninj'd; anyways, you should try posting your controller.ini and the info that HIDTest shows so we can see if you have something wrongly configured.
