C1-2858-3 error in Adrenaline

Adrenaline used to work perfectly, but after adding some ISOs, trying to get the games to appear by clicking on "memory stick", the infamous error code appears and the Vita shuts down Adrenaline.

I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but the issue still happens.

Any ideas?

Damn! Just keep googling that error code, you'll figure it out. With every problem I've ever had with my Vita (luckily only 2), I fiigured out the solution, but ONLY BY STICKING TO IT AND NOT GIVING UP. So keep at it!

Still working on it. Managed to rename the PSPEMU folder to PSPEMU2 and in the newly created PSPEMU folder the error did not occur...at first, until I moved all game files over. Then the same thing happened.
Now I'm at the stage where I try reinstalling Adrenaline and I get the error "661.pbp not found". Getting closer...
Tomorrow I will download an EBOOT file and rename it 661.pbp, and place it into the right folder.
I will let you know how it went.

The apparent problem was the wrong file size of some games, which had a file size remarkably low, that turned out to be faulty ISOs.

The apparent problem was the wrong file size of some games, which had a file size remarkably low, that turned out to be faulty ISOs.

Bro can you please explain step by step because i just went through the same thing you have but im stuck after i installed the eboot file, after that it itstallled the 66.1 upd thingy, it just keeps on crashing, plese help

Try removing all game files and check them for abnormalities.

Hello i have a same issue in my ps vita, is it mean that i have to delete all game files including save data and seplugin folder? And then reinstall the andrenaline again?

Just check the game files for errors, like weird file sizes first.
Afterwards maybe check the checksum.

Tried it, but it didn't work.

I dumped my own PSP games and they said ".ISO" instead of ".iso" so I deleted those PSP games and my Adrenaline works again
