does after 2.230 mean that 2.230 then worked just fine?
My 2.230 Does not work either after the USB changelog, it looks like it may be an issue with people over 4k sector

Heres My Log said:

Thanks to airline for the modded USB Loader GX. The Widescreen hack is a godsend; I was getting serious errors before the newest Nintendont revision. Skies of arcadia even threw up a blue screen. All fixed. Thanks guys.

Sorry, I'm not sure where to look. My games seem to automatically go into a 4:3 resolution for some reason, ever since I updated. I have force widescreen on. Is there something else i'm not doing correctly

The latest version has an option called "Wii U Widescreen" that can be enabled through Nintendont itself. USB Loaders havent quite caught up yet, so if you want widescreen youll have to enable that and just play through Nintendont until they update it

Or you can just grab a mod of your USB Loader of choice that let you turn the option on within them. I dont know where theyre available, but someone a page or so back linked the thread

ah I must have missed that option then. I'll check it out in a bit. I used to use the aspect ratio fixer before launching nintendon't. Thanks for the reply

I'm noticing alot of strange artefacts whilst playing Twilight Princess (mainly when the game uses a filter like when you turn on wolf sense, though the yellow glow behind the text also suffers) Is it just my TV or is this an effect of the upscaling that I haven't noticed until now?
If it helps I'm playing with forced widescreen and Wii U widescreen activated whilst my console is outputting in 720p.

Artifacts are mostly caused by widescreen patch, the games does not support it natively.

I can't force MPAL, NTSC or progressive scan on the PAL version of Animal Crossing, my TV reports that video mode is unsupported  PAL 50 & 60 work, my TV doesn't seem to support 640x480p only 720x480i/p & 720x576i/p.

I've also noticed in the log that SD Media Launcher+AR , Action Replay v1.20 sends some
"Got Shutdown button call" command right after booting that prevents you from using usb hids and nunchuck with it, swiss-gc also does the same I think but hangs on a black screen, it loads without issue using dios mios lite, but has no obvious input without a real gc pad.

just a quetsion, why do not use the same memorycard for japanese and US games? I use this for ratil games and works fine o_o (the only think is the wii not reading the japaese caracteres lol)

Well according to the original page "If you set "multi" as memory card settings in Nintendont options, it will create a single memory card called ninmem.raw which lets you save multiple games on the same memory card file. Japanese games will have their own card file named ninmemj.raw to prevent corruption and formating message with non Japanese games save."

the memory cards cant have two types of chars at the same time so you cant save jap games and ntsc/pal games on the same card.

lol
how many Japanese and US games have you played together with the same memory card?
You must be extremely lucky if none of them asked to format your out of region card

Actually Nintendont can render the Japanese font, this is what causes the need for two memory cards.

IIRC the Japanese Sonic Heroes, as seen in your signature is compatible with NTSC/PAL cards.

Actually aside from Donkey Konga 3, all other Japanese games I got saved fine on my real MC before I switched to Nintendont, not sure what's causing this but I'm not complaining to have a seperate EmuMC for the Japanese games, it increases the capacaty and saves me from issues, also I don't have to worry about Donkey Konga 3 formatting my real MC again, I already lost my old Chao Garden thanks to this incident, stupid game, it's not even fun!
