If your Switch is patched and on 11.0.1, it probably doesn't matter what you do at this point. You probably won't be able to hack the Switch without a modchip regardless.

If you haven't been online in the past hour and a half and continue to stay offline, sure.
If you've been online the past hour and a half, you already have it.
No reason to not have it though, literally the only changed thing is the badwords list, the version number wasn't even updated.
