If you already connected online with a hacked console, you would put yourself in a worse situation than if you did not so do not restore it.
If you restore the NAND before going online, your chance of ban is very, very low.

You've been saying that for quite a while in this thread. Is this based on that user who reported that he contacted nintendo and they told him about the wiped error logs?

No, that was a different user. The user who called Nintendo had other risks involved outside of removing error codes. And removing error codes is considered unsafe by most of the community hence why the tool to do so has been removed and replaced with one that instead shifts the error codes away from the console. Keeping that category is relevant for that user who was banned as well as others in the future.

Your console in official firmware mode is the best friend of nintendo, and when they see each other, well... it communicates, it speaks, much, much too even, and so your newspapers ,ex bete me it's psnes the emulator that crashed, I know that I only have the log of the error, and the second I connect, nintendo is current, and that will decide? The question is...

You have to be unconscious, you say you put the stealth mode, yes but in custom firmware, as soon as you are switched to official firmware you are no longer protected, nintendo has seen or sees your logs, if there has been use of become? Cdn with console certificate? The update of your games, I hope you're talking about original cartridge, otherwise it smells like a tree, and nintendo keeps an eye on you...

If you need to update your games always passed through the pc....(played offline games updated it's ok)
If not,in official firmware, without a clean nand, then the restoration of the complete nand,if you have auto rcm, you are bad,and will have to restore, nand 29go,plus boot0,boot1,then pray that it goes well ( the restoration of nand) then finally pray that when you pass in official firmware nintendo,well...that nothing abnormal is within the nintendo, otherwise.ban and superban...
And if you have not saved a clean nand, before any trace of hack, there is nothing more to do...

Thanks for your comment. I have 2 switch consoles. 1 is playing original game. I bought a new one to test the hacked system and local multiplayer. My old switch console still stick on clean and untouched.
I will update here my tested hacked console status. I hope to get it unbanned as possible as I can. Just for sharing.

Yes nintendo is angry, the slightest error, wifi, log, can be annoying, found updates on sites not reliable is not delightful, especially if you are superban, and that you come across a tweaked firmware 6.0 ( crc check?)
Or download brickfirmware...

Clean nand (no.hack)
If you are Ban, too late the.copy of your nand has the same identity, so the one that is ban...so jackpot 2 nand ban

Your console ID is blacklisted in their servers. You can't do anything in in your Switch to fix it.

And that also explains why restoring your nand after connecting on the internet with CFW or some other hack won't do anything good. In fact, the best you could do now is enjoy online while it lasts until the next ban wave. Staying offline as much as you can won't delay your ban, since your console is blacklisted server side.

enjoy online yes....
Nintendo is watching you...
The hammer has the hand..
Actually, over time. I learned a lesson, an essencial lesson.
Any console that has a network capability, so update, before anything else BACKUP NAND, if not no return back possible.

lol xenoblade chronicles 2. I must've encountered every bug the in the game. that was before I updated it. I haven't played with the game much since then. I have 35 hours in it, and some of those bugs were just frustrating.

I have all updates xenoblade2 (nsp, and dlc nsp)
Mario odyssey xci ( maj nsp)
Etc...
Do not update games online (switch)
Download pc game and update ( if my.switch sees internet) I am banned
So my own nand is ready, when I will have decided to go online ( no interest for the moment) I have played....a lot of solo game
Doom and wolfstein2, tested the games without maj updateI, didn't see any problems in v1.0
The updates make more than 8go (doom and wolf2), with better fluidity, and other correction resolution etc....
This is not always the case, but it is better with maj patch, on most games...
I can even say that loads are shorter on zelda on sd card ( sandisk 128go uhs1) than on my original zelda cartridge, skyrim too... So internal memory speed loading> sd > cartridge

what's the purpose to keep a nand backup to go online if you're banned already?

do you really think that rewriting your nand will unban you from Nintendo servers?

Are you sure it is your same console and not a brand new one with your data transfered?

yes, as per my answers in the form

[
sorry, im a little confused, in the form you said you update your backups online via OFW, is that possible?
because afaik i can only update the .xci game when the switch in sx os mode, and i need to connect to the internet to do that.
but in the form you write Y on wi fi settings deleted, which mean your switch is offline. cmiiw, i am a new user of sx os and still haven't used it intensively since i still play my legit games right now.

I have all updates xenoblade2 (nsp, and dlc nsp)
Mario odyssey xci ( maj nsp)
Etc...
Do not update games online (switch)

is it possible to update game in .xci format via pc?
afaik it's only possible for .nsp format game. cmiiw.
