should add for homebrew: DiagnoSe.
lets you check your DS status; buttons, microphone, rumble pak, speakers, backlight, dead pixels, etc

moonshell: plays .dpg videos and has support for .txt files editing, read .txt files, alarm clock, picture viewer, password.

Thanks basher11, added the two homebrew

M3i Zero is for DSi, M3 Real, not sure. probably somewhat different.

also, bios. (illegal)

used for emulators such as no$gba and desmume.
loads up NDS style. (firmware)

Whilst there's WAIO, AKAIO, and Sakura on the list, might as well add EvolutionOS, the SCDS2 OS. Nothing special, but it does have pretty much the best features.

You may also like to add a Panasonic SD formatter entry, since a lot of people are confused by it...

Panasonic said:
SD/SDHC Memory Card file systems formatted with generic operating system formatting software do not comply with the SD Memory Card specification

Meaning that your OS's formatter sucks, basically.

Hmmm...

I suggest adding the term "brick"
brick - describes a device that cannot function in any capacity (such as a device with damaged firmware).
adding a footnote that in some cases, bricked carts can be un-bricked would also be helpful.

bunjaloo (homebrew)
a good homebrew web browser for the DS.
can download files to the SD card.

Thanks for starting another Jargon dictionary. Hope they both get stickied!

P.S. The link in your sig and on your profile lead to your website, which hosts ISOs/ROMs. I would take it off before the mods get angry

Both names can be used for it.

When you load up cheats for a game, it reads them out of the main cheat database and then makes a .cc file for that game containing just those codes, so it can load them faster each time after that (since it's not having to look through the whole database to get them).

EDIT: Also, could you change the disadvantage for the Supercard DSTwo to "The onboard processor and such means it eats into your battery life a bit."?
