Gaming Nintendo can ban for sharing my games and account?

I would like to share my switch account with someone important to me who lives in another country and I'm afraid that Nintendo blocks my account for a different ip or something like that

i don't think so unless the console is hacked (and is later banned) then yes it would but setting up someone as your secondary shouldn't even if the ip's don't match

Game sharing? No you are fine, just keep in mind the restrictions associated with game sharing on the Nintendo Switch. This thread should help.

If your Switch is hacked/modded that would be a different story.

the only thing close is the Japanese only game Phantasy star online (but thats a game account ban for people outside of Japan and VPN's in japan are blacklisted on that game)
